Installation Deposit Policy

This deposit is a preliminary payment required for all EV charger installation orders. It serves as a booking confirmation for our installation service and helps us schedule a qualified technician to assess your installation site.

The final installation cost may vary depending on several factors such as:

• The location and accessibility of your electrical panel
• The distance between the panel and the charging unit
• The need for additional wiring, trenching, or electrical upgrades
• Any special site conditions or customer-specific requirements

During the on-site visit, our certified technician will inspect your property and determine the exact installation cost. After this assessment, we will issue an additional invoice reflecting the final amount.

Your installation deposit will be fully credited toward this final invoice — meaning it will be deducted from the total installation charge.

If you decide not to proceed with the installation after the on-site assessment, the deposit may be partially refundable, depending on whether any travel, inspection, or administrative costs have been incurred (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).

TL;DR:
You pay a deposit now to book your installation. Our technician will confirm the final price during the site visit. We’ll send you a new invoice for the balance, and your deposit will be deducted from that total.
